Jaybie D. is a bookish apparel and storytelling brand rooted in creativity, personality, and connection.

I design expressive clothing for readers, teachers, families, and anyone who wants what they wear to say something about who they are. Sometimes sweet. Sometimes seasonal. Sometimes snarky or a little dark. Always intentional.

In addition to apparel, I create award-winning children’s picture books that explore confidence, resilience, kindness, emotional awareness, and self-discovery. Titles such as Mei-Mei Flying With Flair, Donkey Dell, Beware the Guarded Heart, Haunted House Day & Night, and Easter Bunny Blunders have earned national recognition, including multiple Creative Child Magazine Book of the Year Awards and the Mom’s Choice Award.

“Jaybie D.” began as a playful nickname blending my name with my husband’s. It grew into the identity behind every story, sketch, and idea.
