✅ How do I track my order?
You can track your order anytime using the link in your confirmation email. Most items ship within 5–10 business days.

❌ Can I cancel or change my order, or what if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check your order details and our size chart before submitting. Because each item is made-to-order, we’re unable to accept cancellations, changes, or returns once an order has been placed—unless the product arrives defective.
💲 Can prices change after I place an order?
Yes. We reserve the right to adjust online item pricing at any time — including canceling orders if a pricing error slips through.
🎉 How do discounts and promotions work?
Promotions and discounts exclude books unless explicitly stated. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes can’t be stacked with other codes, but they can be used together with our 🚚 Free Shipping on orders of $75+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
📦 What if my item ships to the wrong address?
If your order has already shipped and you notice an issue — like a wrong or incomplete address — let us know.
While our items are made-to-order and can’t be rerouted once shipped, we may offer a discounted replacement order depending on the situation.
📦 Where’s my order?
Thanks for your order! 💛 Most items are made-to-order and ship within 5–10 business days. Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments — but there’s no extra charge for that.
Still need help? Check your email for tracking updates or message us with your order number and we’ll take a look.
📬 My item arrived damaged or didn’t show up.
Oh no — that’s not the experience we want for you! If something went wrong, we’re here to help.
- 🖼️ For damage: Send us a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery.
- 📦 For lost packages: If it’s been more than 10 business days since your last tracking update, let us know and we’ll work with our print partner to find a solution.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
If you’re having trouble checking out, just let us know — we’re happy to help.
🎁 Can I send something as a gift?
Yes! Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. The received package will include the items ordered, but not any paperwork to show what was ordered or the cost.
(Note: Gift notes aren’t available at this time.)
🛍️ Can I order multiple items in one shipment?
Absolutely! You can order as many items as you’d like.
🚚 Some products may ship separately, depending on where they’re printed — but there’s no extra charge for that.
✨ Teachers, schools, or event organizers? We love bulk orders! Let us know what you’re planning and we’ll try to help.
📚 Are your books good for classroom use?
Absolutely! Many titles include lesson plans and free downloadable resources — perfect for classrooms and homeschoolers.
🛍️ Can I get a signed book?
We don’t offer signed copies online just yet, but we love that you asked! Keep an eye out — we hope to offer this in the future.

💖 Where can I find free book downloads?
Visit any picture book product page and then scroll down on the page — you’ll find free narrated readings to click on. There are even free downloadable lesson plans and activities.
🤔 How do I know which book is right for my child?
Each book’s product page includes age recommendations, key themes, and a video preview to help you decide.
