Refunds & Replacements

Because each apparel item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Books are sold through third-party retailers such as Amazon. Return and refund policies are handled directly by the retailer where your purchase was made.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will resolve the issue promptly.

Please email MissDebbie@JaybieD.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, approved issues will be resolved with either a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide instructions at that time.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with your local carrier and neighbors. If the issue is not resolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date so we can assist.

Refund Processing 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
