    Please place a separate order for each student. At checkout, use the school address provided on your author visit flyer as the delivery address.

  • 3. We'll Take It From There

    After the ordering deadline, books will be delivered as one bulk shipment to the
    school for distribution.

FAQ / Important Information

What can my child expect during the author visit?

Each school selects the author visit experience that best fits its students. Please refer to your school's Jaybie D. author visit flyer for details about presentations, workshops, book signing opportunities, and other activities included in your child's visit.

Do I have to purchase a book for my child to participate in the author visit?

Not at all! Purchasing a book is completely optional. Every participating student can enjoy the author experience, and students will receive a complimentary Jaybie D. bookmark and coloring page whether or not their family purchases a book.

Why are the books only $10 through this page?

The $10 paperback price is a special school-visit purchase price available only for orders placed through this page by the order deadline. Books purchased through other retailers are sold at their regular retail prices.

Can I read more about the books before deciding which ones to order?

Absolutely. Visit the Picture Books (Ages 4–8) section of JaybieD.com to explore each book, read the stories online for free, and discover additional resources. When you're ready to purchase at the special school price, return to this School Book Orders page to place your order.

Can I order more than one book?

Absolutely! You can order multiple titles or additional copies of the same book. If you're
purchasing extra copies as gifts or for your family, simply add the books you want to the same order or increase the quantity.

Can I order books for more than one student?

Yes, but please place a separate order for each student. Each school order is connected to one student's name, teacher, and grade so we can provide the school with an accurate distribution report and make sure every student's books reach the right classroom.

Are hardcover books available through the school order?

The special school-visit offer is for paperback books only. Hardcover editions may be purchased through most online book retailers. Simply search for the book using the title and author name.

Can I order Jaybie D. clothing or other merchandise with my school order?

School orders are limited to the paperback books shown on this page. Other Jaybie D. merchandise can be purchased separately through the regular JaybieD.com store.

Will I pay shipping?

No. There is no shipping charge for school book orders. All books are shipped together directly to the school.

Why am I entering the school address at checkout?

All books purchased through the school-order page are delivered together to the school. Please use the school address provided on your author visit flyer as the delivery address during checkout.



Can my order be shipped to my home or another address?

No. The special school-visit price is available because books are ordered and shipped together directly to the school. Individual shipping addresses are not available through this ordering page.



Can I order after the deadline?

The special school-order page closes after the order deadline so there is enough time to order, receive, and prepare the books for the visit. After the deadline, Jaybie D. books remain available through most regular online book retailers at their regular retail prices.

Will my child's book be personalized?

Book signing and personalization options depend on the experience selected by your school. Please refer to your school's Jaybie D. author visit flyer for details.

What if my child is absent on the day of the visit?

We will miss them for sure, but not to worry. The school can provide your child's complimentary coloring page and bookmark, along with any books you ordered, when your child returns.

Can I make a correction to my order?

Yes. If you notice an error in your student's name, teacher, or grade, please contact MissDebbie@JaybieD.com as soon as possible so we can correct the information before orders are prepared for the school.

Can I cancel or change the books in my order?

Because school orders are consolidated and prepared specifically for each visit, book
selections are considered final once an order is placed. If you believe an order was placed in error, please contact MissDebbie@JaybieD.com as soon as possible and we'll be happy to review it.
